Family Therapy

Family therapy, also known as family counseling or family systems therapy, can benefit families facing challenges or wanting to improve their relationships. Family therapy focuses on the entire family rather than just individual members. The goal is to work together to understand and address issues affecting the family's dynamics. In the early stages of family therapy, your healer will work with the family unit to determine shared goals.

This type of therapy can be beneficial for a wide range of concerns, such as conflicts between family members, parent-child dynamics, sibling-related issues, difficulties in communication, significant life changes, or coping with a family member's mental health or substance use issues. Families can learn new communication methods, resolve conflicts more effectively, and strengthen their relationships by participating in family therapy.

We welcome all families: single-parent, nuclear, extended, childless, stepfamily, grandparent family, transnational, blended families, foster, adopted, and families by choice.

Disclaimer: Due to limited space in our office, we can accommodate a maximum of 3 people at a time, which may restrict our ability to offer counseling to larger families or couples. For families seeking therapy, we provide a virtual option. We strongly recommend that all family members participating in the virtual session be in the exact location and fully visible throughout the session. This will enable our healers to observe family dynamics and communication patterns in real-time, enhancing our ability to address issues effectively.
