  • The journey of life is complex. We can often find ourselves struggling with difficult emotions, challenging circumstances, and coping skills that no longer serve us. Sometimes, these patterns can be explained by understanding the influences of our past. I also believe our lives are greatly influenced by the relationships around us and how we show up in them.

As a therapist, I value creating a supportive and collaborative space for you to explore yourself, your experiences, and the changes you’d like to make in your life. Together, we will process difficult experiences and emotions, challenge unhealthy patterns, and move towards empowerment, self-acceptance, and self-compassion. If you choose to work with me, we will explore your relationships with yourself and others. Most importantly, we will strive to create a non-judgmental and safe space for you to be your authentic self.

My clinical practice is integrative, meaning that while I have guiding principles to our work, I value collaborating with you to find the techniques and strategies that best meet your needs. With an intentional balance of processing of the past and attending to the “here and now” we can move towards empowerment and greater self-awareness.

  • As a clinical supervisor, I am committed to nurturing the growth of emerging therapists through intentional, ethically grounded, and relationship-centered supervision. I view supervision as more than just a place to discuss clinical concerns. It is a space for deep reflection, exploration of ethical complexities, and the ongoing development of professional identity.

My clinical lens is shaped by trauma-informed care, with strong roots in psychodynamic and relational approaches. These frameworks guide the way I support clinicians by helping them conceptualize cases with nuance and integrate theory with lived experience. I believe supervision should sharpen a therapist’s insight while also strengthening their confidence and authentic voice.

Equally important to me is clinician well-being. I am passionate about creating a space where therapists feel seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we attend to burnout, build resilience, and cultivate practices that sustain long-term, meaningful clinical work.

Supervision with me is collaborative, warm, and grounded in the belief that growth happens best in connection. My goal is to support you in becoming not only a skilled clinician, but also a reflective, resilient, and values-aligned one.
