  • The experiences we have in childhood, within our families, communities, and early relationships, shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world. When those early environments are marked by trauma, neglect, or instability, we may carry forward patterns of protection that once kept us safe but now leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed.

In therapy, I offer a safe and steady space to gently explore these formative experiences and how they continue to influence your present relationships, emotions, and sense of self. Together, we can begin to untangle the past, tending to the parts of you that still hold pain, while cultivating new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel grounded, empowered, and compassionate.

My approach is integrative and relational. While I draw from guiding principles, our work is always tailored to you, honoring your pace and your unique story. We will balance looking back with staying present, helping you build both understanding and the capacity to live more fully in the “here and now.”

Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when facing deep-rooted wounds. I offer a phone consultation for adults and couples before scheduling a session so we can discuss your concerns and hopes, and see if it feels like the right fit. I welcome you to reach out when you feel ready to start this process of healing and self-discovery.

  • As a clinical supervisor, I am committed to nurturing the growth of emerging therapists through intentional, ethically grounded, and relationship-centered supervision. I view supervision as more than just a place to discuss clinical concerns. It is a space for deep reflection, exploration of ethical complexities, and the ongoing development of professional identity.

My clinical lens is shaped by trauma-informed care, with strong roots in psychodynamic and relational approaches. These frameworks guide the way I support clinicians by helping them conceptualize cases with nuance and integrate theory with lived experience. I believe supervision should sharpen a therapist’s insight while also strengthening their confidence and authentic voice.

Equally important to me is clinician well-being. I am passionate about creating a space where therapists feel seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we attend to burnout, build resilience, and cultivate practices that sustain long-term, meaningful clinical work.

Supervision with me is collaborative, warm, and grounded in the belief that growth happens best in connection. My goal is to support you in becoming not only a skilled clinician, but also a reflective, resilient, and values-aligned one.
