LEARN MORE ABOUT TRAVIS:

  • I believe meaningful change happens when we have the right environment and trusting relationships to support it. Sometimes, that kind of space isn’t available in our personal lives right away and that’s where therapy can bridge the gap.

Together, we can revisit past relationships to better understand their lessons and unlearn patterns that no longer serve you, creating space for healthier connections and deeper self-trust.

At times, I may gently point out patterns you might be operating from outside of your awareness. By slowing down and paying attention together, we can bring those into focus, helping you make more authentic decisions that align with your values and your truest self.

I understand that who we are doesn’t exist separate from the world around us. The systems we live in and the identities we hold shape how we move through life, what we carry, and what feels possible. I strive to create a space where we can talk honestly about those realities with curiosity, compassion, and courage, even when it feels uncomfortable.

While I work with many concerns, my relational and trauma-informed approach is especially effective for those healing from trauma. Together, we’ll identify how past experiences have shaped your sense of self and relationships, develop practical skills to regulate and rebuild trust, and strengthen your capacity for connection. I provide a safe place to explore difficult experiences and how they influence your sense of self and relationships. My work helps you find calm and safety, reconnect with your genuine self, and build and renew meaningful relationships.

The most rewarding therapy isn’t always the most comfortable, but you can count on me to join you in the journey.

  • In order to optimize the development of my professional counseling identity, I am required by the state accreditation board to receive clinical supervision from a licensed professional counselor.  Dr. Monica P.
